Magpie #135- Venus and the Sailor

Venus and The Sailor, 1925, by Salvador Dali

Gliding across the ice
and being oh so nice
Venus hissed in his ear
Dahling, you belong on the equator
 You're just not a skater
So far you've tripped me up twice

  5. You did a nice job of translating this picture into words. I laugh when I recall that Dali claimed to have invented Cubism on his own without looking at any Picassos.
