Magpie Tales #51

Cold bricks wait

Silently for the suns warmth

Spring begins

OR

Poor Dorothy was caught in a twister

Mixed it up with a nasty old sister

Slower than molasses

She couldn't find Kansas

Let alone the brick road- she missed 'er

  20. Hello from the great North (WA that is) Need to figure out how to send my brick story, I'm fairly new at this and couldn't get the one I wrote to go. Yes, retirement is a busy time, wouldn't want it any other way.

My hubby, Ron was raised in Ashland, still love visiting Oregon.

Have a great day, love your words.

  23. I enjoyed the limerick. It reminds me of when I lived in Kansas, which was wonderful, but not much like Oz.
